Medzoomer is an on-demand prescription delivery platform that delivers medications from your pharmacy to your front door! ### Will my insurance affect delivery of my order? No. Prices and plan benefits will remain unchanged. You will have the same co-pay and prescription costs as you would if you were to pick up the prescription yourself. ### How does it work? - You place the order through one of our partners, or simply request our service if it isn't offered through your provider. - You track the order's progress and receive delivery updates and notifications through your phone. - A courier safely delivers your medications to you in under 2 hours! ### Who handles the deliveries? We tap into a large network of background checked and HIPAA trained couriers to get the prescription from your pharmacy to you in a secure and efficient manner. ### Are all prescriptions eligible for delivery? No. Some drug exclusions may apply. Please call your local pharmacy for additional details. ### How far do you deliver? This will vary from city to city and depends on courier coverage and customer location. Our service gives you the convenience of having your prescriptions delivered and that is always the only charge for our services. ### How much does it cost? The pricing is set by your provider but most of the time it is FREE or a small delivery fee. ### What if there is a problem with my Medzoomer order? If there is an issue with the items you received you can contact the pharmacy to discuss a solution. Everyone can benefit from prescription delivery, but data shows an aged population is actively using solutions more regularly. In fact, 86% of patients using an in-workflow prescription delivery solution provided by their pharmacy are over 50. Only 12% of patients utilizing the same solution are between the ages of 20 and 49. ### What is the Medzoomer delivery fee? We calculate our delivery fees based on the monthly delivery volume we receive from your platform. We are the most cost-efficient form of on-demand prescription delivery on the market. ### How do I pay for a Medzoomer Delivery? Medzoomer will vertically integrate with your existing platform and will invoice you directly through our proprietary technology. ### Are all prescriptions eligible for delivery? But, if you have previous employment experience in delivery (such as a delivery driver, food service, food delivery, delivery runner, or courier) you may enjoy delivering with us! ### How much Medzoomer pays in your region? Up to $25/hour. We allow couriers to deliver multiple orders per route allowing you to earn more with less downtime. ### How do I get paid? You can elect to transfer your funds you've accumulated from your Medzoomer courier portal to your linked bank account at any time. ### How do I apply for Medzoomer in my town? You'll have to fill out an application on our website by clicking on the courier tab. The Medzoomer Team will then perform a short background check on you and get back to you with next steps. ### What are the basic requirements? - Be at least 25 years old - Have a 2-door or 4-door car made after 2005 - Have a valid driver's license, vehicle registration and vehicle insurance - Have at least one year of driving experience in the U.S. ### What else do I need to be a Medzoomer courier? To get started as a Courier, you must be 25+ with: - Android or iOS device - Bank account to process your direct deposit ### Do you have vehicle requirements? Yes, 2 Door or 4 Door vehicles newer than 2005. ### Do you run a background check? We require background and driving checks for all couriers. After you complete your online application, we will run your background check using your social security number from your application. Our background check service Checkr currently looks for the following types of offenses. ### Do you allow motorcycles? We do not accept motorcycle couriers at the moment. ### Do you accept old model cars? We only accept cars made from 2005 and up. At Medzoomer, safety is our priority.
